Thank you so much for supporting my art! Every custom felted piece is handmade with love, care, and hours of meticulous work. Because these items are uniquely created just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your happiness is incredibly important to me. Here is how we handle different situations to ensure you love your experience:
1. The Design Approval Process (Before Shipping)
To make sure you get exactly what you envision, I will send you detailed, high-quality photos of your finished piece before it ships.
Your Role: Please review these photos carefully for coloring, shaping, and details.
Minor Adjustments: I am happy to make minor tweaks at this stage to ensure it’s just right! Once you give the final approval, the piece will be safely packaged and shipped.
2. If Your Order Arrives Damaged
I take great care in packaging these delicate wool creations, but accidents can happen during transit. If your piece arrives damaged:
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@willowwoodandvine.com
Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
The Resolution: I will happily arrange for you to ship the piece back (at my expense) so I can repair it, or we can discuss a replacement depending on the situation.
3. If There Is a Mistake on My End
I am human, and if I made a clear error that deviates from our agreed-upon design (such as the wrong custom colors or incorrect sizing), please let me know within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to fix it, alter it, or offer a fair solution.
